Weidner Hall & Kitchen

Weidner Hall, and the full kitchen attached to it, are a great place to hold social gatherings, receptions, meals, parties, community programs and events, and so much more.

Some features of the room available to renters include:

A projector equipped with an HDMI hook-up and a Fire Stick
A stage featuring a piano and sound system (including microphones)
A full kitchen including multi-burner stoves, ovens, convention ovens, an industrial dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a variety of utensils and kitchen tools
- - The kitchen features a rolling shutter that opens up into Weidner Hall that can be raised or lowered automatically
Tables and chairs to seat up to 240 people
Airconditioning (5 mini-split units)

Conference Room

Our conference room is a great room to hold a meeting for groups large or small, as well as to hold a small group activity.

Some features of the room available to renters include:

A conference table with seating for 10 people comfortably
Additional seating around the room to accommodate additional guests
A large portion of open space
56" smart tv on a rolling cart equipped with an HDMI hook-up

Please note that the conference room does not have air conditioning.

Prior approval is needed for use of the copier, which requires a passcode for access.

Establishing a dedicated storage space can be explored upon request by frequent renters, but is not guaranteed.

Classrooms/ Meeting Rooms

We have multiple classroom/ meeting room spaces all equipped with a variety of resources able to foster a professional work environment, a space for active learning, or even a space for a private conversation.

Some features of the room available to renters include:

Tables and chairs able to seat various numbers of attendees
56" smart tv on a rolling cart equipped with an HDMI hook-up
Each room features the ability to have a large open space, however they are each different sizes and shapes

Please note that all of the classrooms/ meeting rooms do not have air conditioning.

A variety of room set ups can be established with prior consultation, including professional workspaces, therapy/ counseling areas, and/or lecture style seating.

Some of our classroom spaces are utilized for our internal programs such as Sunday School, the Mission Team's collection ministries, and Vacation Bible School. As these programs grow, evolve, and change throughout their various active periods of the year, certain rooms may be unavailable. However, we will do our best to accommodate long-standing renters when determining internal space demands.

Sanctuary

Our sanctuary features a traditional design with dark wood accents and the ability to seat a large number of people. This space is ideal for weddings, funerals, and other events needing a lecture style arrangement for a large audience.

Some features of the room available to renters include:

An accessible seating area for wheelchair users to sit comfortably with their family and friends
An organ and piano
A fully modernized sound system with digital controls to manage our wide range of microphone inputs
A livestream system featuring multiple camera angles and integrated audio
Hymnals and Bibles spread throughout each pew

Please note that the use of certain technology and equipment, such as the livestream system and the organ, should be coordinated prior to the event to ensure proper personnel are on-site for your event. We have an in-house team to manage some of these systems.

Outdoor Spaces

For some larger events, particularly those being held in the summer months, our outdoor spaces can be a great venue. With ample parking available along Main Street, the use of our parking lot can be arranged, as well as our shaded courtyard.

Some features of the room available to renters include:

Large open spaces
Access to bring in large equipment, games, trailers, etc.
Limited electricity access
